Grace brings a wide range of strong technical capabilities, gained from small to large multi-disciplinary projects. She leads many of our transport modelling disciplines, specialising in developing technical evidence bases, analysis, GIS modelling and appraisal, for non-technical audiences. She is adept at handling and manipulating large datasets and assisting the build of bespoke tools. She has experience working with strategic models (SATURN, VISUM), micro-simulation models (S-Paramics, VISSIM) and traffic engineering models (ARCADY, PICADY and LinSig), including a secondment to the DfT to scrutinise modelling and appraisal for business cases to support major investment decisions. Grace is originally from the Lake District and enjoys embracing her outdoor roots.
