Damian Eatwell is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in both consultancy and operational leadership. Currently serving as Head of Consultancy Recruitment at Cityscape Recruitment Ltd since October 2022, Damian previously held the position of Operations Director at Brandon James Health & Safety for a brief period following a rebranding initiative. Prior roles include Managing Director at Convert Recruitment (Brandon James) and various senior positions at Brandon James, focusing on land, planning, development, and project management. Before entering the recruitment field, Damian served over 14 years in policing with Thames Valley Police, achieving roles that included Intelligence Officer, Neighbourhood Supervisor, Detective Constable, and Police Constable. Damian's career began in automotive service management roles in the late 1990s, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Applied Investigation from the University of Sunderland.
