Herman Chan is an experienced financial analyst currently employed at City Realty Group since August 2016. Prior to this role, Herman worked as a Starbucks Supervisor at Boston Marriott Copley Place from December 2014 to June 2016 and as a Barista at Starbucks from April 2010 to November 2014. Additional experience includes a position as a Receptionist/Kennel at VCA Animal Hospitals for a brief period in 2011 and serving as a Floater at Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center from July 2007 to April 2010. Herman holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 2019 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lasell University, completed from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, educational pursuits included attendance at UMass Boston from 2010 to 2013 and Suffolk University during the 2009-2010 academic year.
