Fernando Clemares has gained extensive experience in various roles and industries throughout their career. Fernando founded and served as CEO of CITYNET in 2005, as well as Founder and Managing Director of ACTIVE Management Services, S.L. in the same year. In 2017, Clemares became a Founding Partner at RICLE, a registered insurance broker focused on providing value-added insurance management and optimization services to companies and high-end individuals. Prior to this, they were Founder and Managing Partner at Intélica Venture Management and Partner at Cluster Consulting/Diamond Technology Partners. Clemares also worked as a Manager at A T Kearney, specializing in management consulting projects in the industrial sector and sales function. Their career began as Deputy General Manager at Embutidos La Pila.

Fernando Clemares obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the International University of Monaco in 1990. Fernando later completed an MBA from IESE Business School between 1991 and 1993.
