Ebony Pratt, MPA, currently serves as the Volunteer Manager at CityLink Center since July 2023. Previously, Pratt held the position of Director of Community Relations and Non-Profit Leadership Fellow at St. Lydia's House from June 2021 to July 2023, where significant contributions included co-leading the organization during a sabbatical, creating a volunteer management program, enhancing diversity among volunteers, and managing donor relations and grant submissions. Other roles include College Information Specialist at College Foundation of North Carolina, Graduate Summer Intern at NCCJ of the Piedmont Triad, Community Engagement Coordinator at United Health Centers, and Community Outreach Coordinator and Volunteer Manager at Susan G. Komen Northwest NC, among others. Pratt earned a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a Minor in Deaf Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
