Niels Vink is a Senior Financial Accountant at CityLink since April 2024, previously serving as an Administrator at Delin Property from August 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included financial reporting on development projects, project budget control, and lease administration. Prior experience includes roles as a Translator for the Football Manager 2018 project and as a Project Member at Sociale Verzekeringsbank, focusing on workflow optimisation and budget compliance. Niels also held positions at the Rotterdam Municipal Tax Authority and the European Commission, the latter involving political reporting and educational workshops. Niels holds a Master of Science in International Public Management & Public Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, among other educational qualifications.
