Darren Hegarty is a knowledgeable procurement and contracts executive currently employed at CityJet since August 2016, where responsibilities include managing the company contract database and ensuring compliance with review and approval processes. Darren's background also includes roles as a training administrator, preparing training materials for flight crew and creating CBT courses, as well as experience as a contact center agent, training new staff in company policies and systems. Prior to CityJet, Darren completed a two-week work placement in the customer service department at An Post, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction while promoting the GPO museum. Education includes a Certificate in Commercial Contracts from the Law Society of Ireland, a Bachelor's of Arts Honours degree in Business from the National College of Ireland, and a FETAC Level 5 in Business and Tourism from Coláiste Dhúlaigh College.
