Nata Tsamalashvili is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at citycom since February 2024. Previously, Nata held the position of Human Capital Manager at Holiday Inn Tbilisi, where responsibilities included managing administrative tasks and enhancing operational procedures. Nata also worked as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at MaxinAI, overseeing the hiring process for tech personnel, and has extensive experience at British American Tobacco, where roles included HR Executive Caucasus and HR Intern. Additional experience includes an HR internship focused on training and development at Georgian Water & Power LTD and a financial consulting role at LLC Factoring. Nata holds a Master's degree in Management - Business Administration from Business and Technology University and a Bachelor's degree from Free University of Tbilisi.
