Michelle Himden is a prominent leader in the hospitality and property management industries, currently serving as the Founder & CEO of both Sojourn Hospitality and Cityami. Sojourn Hospitality specializes in marketing and management consulting for high-end hotels in the slow travel market since 2012, while Cityami focuses on luxury property rental management. Previously, Michelle held various roles including Customer Experience Consultant at UX CX Designs, Co-Founder of Design x Space, LLC, and Analyst for several high-level businesses, showcasing a strong background in data analysis, customer experience, and marketing strategy. Michelle’s early career included significant contributions as a Project Assistant at Jenner & Block and a Research Consultant for Vaughn Management & Services, Inc. Michelle earned a Master’s degree in Geography: Human-Environmental Relations from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a minor in Music Performance from California State University, Fresno.
