Tracey Barnett has extensive experience in the field of early childhood education, with a focus on program development and instructional coaching. With a background in History and Human Development and Family Studies, Tracey has worked at various educational institutions, including Texas Tech University and Jumpstart at Brooklyn College. As the Senior Director of Learning and Instruction at City Year, Tracey manages programmatic responsibilities and provides coaching and feedback to team members. Through their roles as an Instructional Coach and Site Manager, Tracey has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, community groups, and campus administrators.
