Jen Cone has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jen worked at City Year as the Vice President of National Program Operations from July 2022 onwards. Prior to this, they served as the Impact Delivery Operations Director at City Year from July 2019 to June 2022, and as the Regional Impact Director from November 2014 to July 2019. Before joining City Year, they were an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from January 2011 to November 2014. Jen also held a Summer Associate position at the same company in May 2009. Jen started their legal career as a Law Clerk at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid from May 2008 to June 2008. Their earlier professional experience includes roles at City Year Boston as a Senior Program Director/Program Director from July 2002 to September 2006, and as a Program Manager from August 2001 to June 2002. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at Hands On Atlanta from August 2000 to July 2001. Jen began their career as a Senior Corps Member/Corps Member at City Year Columbia from August 1998 to June 2000.

Jen Cone completed their B.A. in History at Brown University from 1994 to 1998. Later, they pursued a J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 2007 to 2010, specializing in Law.
