Chef Nil Kumar has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a Chef at Chelsea Group since December 2018. Prior to this role, Nil Kumar held the position of Chef De Partie at CITY SEASONS HOTELS, starting in August 2016. Additional experience includes Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine at Ghaya Grand Hotel from December 2014 to August 2016, Demi Chef de Partie in the Italian kitchen at Crowne Plaza Dubai from August 2013 to December 2014, and Commis for Italian cuisine at Radisson Blu from August 2011 to August 2013. Nil Kumar began the culinary career as Commis in the main kitchen at Sharjah Premiere Hotel from August 2008 to August 2011. Educational background includes attendance at Shree Janta Secondary School in Bakhapar, Sindhuli.
