Darla Wooten is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR departments and programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Zanesville since April 2016, Wooten collaborates with city leaders to enhance HR policies and initiatives.
