Justin Beaver is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in various roles within the Azusa Police Department, progressing from Police Officer to Police Sergeant while also serving as a Detective Corporal specializing in person crimes and sexual assault investigations. In addition to law enforcement duties, Justin holds prominent positions in local government as the Mayor of Yucaipa and previously as the Mayor Pro Tem and City Councilman. Currently, Justin is the Chief Executive Officer of Culper Investigations Inc., focusing on pre-employment background investigations. Before these roles, Justin managed safety and security for Union Pacific Railroad and served as a Deputy Sheriff in San Bernardino County. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California Coast University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Criminal Justice from San Bernardino Valley College, with ongoing studies in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
