Adrian Vera Raya, CPA, currently serves as an Accountant II at the City of Yuba City since December 2024. Previously, Adrian was an Experienced Associate at Noble Street Advisors from June 2023 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing internal controls, reviewing accounts payable processes, and providing auditor support. Prior experience includes a role as Assurance Senior at EY from September 2020 to May 2023, leading audit teams and enhancing audit quality. Adrian also contributed as an Assurance Associate and completed a Tax Internship at EY in 2019, in addition to a Finance Internship at The Hundreds in 2017. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2016 and 2019.
