Andrea Flores has over 10 years of experience in the accounting field, currently serving as an Accountant II for the City of Yakima since August 2020, after progressing from the role of Accountant I. Previous positions include Accountant at Virginia Mason Memorial and Compensation Analyst at Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center. Additionally, Andrea holds experience as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Heritage University and has held various positions at Yakama Nation Legends Casino. An alumnus of Heritage University, Andrea earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and possesses a solid foundation in cash handling. Educational background includes time at Yakima Valley College and a high school diploma from Toppenish High School.
