Than Nguyen, PE, CFM, currently serves as the Engineering Development Manager for the City of Wylie, Texas, since April 2022, where responsibilities include reviewing private deployment during the engineering design and construction phases. Previously, Than Nguyen held the position of City Engineer for the City of Lancaster, Texas, from April 2016 to April 2022, managing the MS4 program, serving as the floodplain administrator, and overseeing the review of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and private development projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Engineer with the City of Dallas in the Trinity Watershed Management and Floodplain Management divisions from August 2006 to October 2015. Than Nguyen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Louisiana State University.
