Lorie Seiler Strickland possesses extensive experience in municipal permit and development services, currently serving as a Permit Technician with the City of Wylie, Texas since July 2017. Prior roles include Development Service Technician with the City of Rowlett from July 2014 to June 2017, Permit Technician for the City of McKinney from September 2013 to July 2014, and a long tenure in various supervisory positions at the City of Plano from May 1986 to December 2013.
