Lorraine Gaoses serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors at HEFDY Group of Companies since August 2021 and has been with the City of Windhoek since 2014, currently as the Section Head of Environmental Engineering, managing budgeting and industrial wastewater compliance monitoring. Previous roles include Engineer for Pollution Control, overseeing industrial activities and compliance, and Environmental Consultant at TDH Consulting Engineers, conducting impact assessments and feasibility studies. Lorraine has also volunteered as a Board Member for Campus Crusade for Christ Namibia from 2002 to 2020 and served as Laboratory and Environmental Manager in the Brick and Concrete Industry. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of South Wales and several advanced degrees in environmental engineering and finance.
