Heather Hook is an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations, human resources, and community outreach. Currently serving as the Wilmington 311 Administrator for the City of Wilmington, DE since August 2022, Heather previously held various impactful roles, including Executive Director at The Kenny Family Foundation and Director of Retail Sales and Operations at The Neat Company. With over 15 years of consulting experience, Heather has provided expertise to more than 20 local companies, focusing on project management and employee engagement. Educational qualifications include a BS in HRIS/Human Resources from the University of Delaware, supplemented by coursework at Rollins College and a high school diploma from The Tatnall School.
