Betty Schrader is an experienced professional in learning and development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development for the City of Wichita Kansas since September 2015, Betty also holds the position of Adjunct Full Professor at Webster University since March 2004, teaching graduate-level courses in managerial leadership, management strategy, and human resources development. Prior experience includes managing talent development and training at Winston Brands, Inc., and overseeing corporate professional development training at Beechcraft, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of training programs for over 5,000 employees. Betty holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Business/Human Resources Development from Webster University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and an Associate's degree in Business Education from Wichita State University.
