Kaitlyn Montez, IPMA-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of West Sacramento since August 2011. In this role, Kaitlyn interprets and applies relevant laws and policies, administers the employee benefits program, and ensures compliance. Previous roles include Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Technician, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment processes, hiring coordination, and program oversight. Kaitlyn also has experience as a Human Resources Intern with the City of Woodland and as a Recreation Leader for the City of Napa, contributing to program planning and participant supervision. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from California Coast University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from California State University-Sacramento.
