Lee Galt is an experienced GIS professional with a strong background in geographic information systems. As GIS Coordinator for the City of West Linn since June 2022, Lee manages GIS operations and personnel, following a lengthy tenure as GIS Administrator for Doña Ana County from September 2011 to June 2022, where responsibilities included policy development and personnel training. Prior roles include GIS Analyst 3 at L-3 Communications STRATIS, where Lee led GIS initiatives at Elmendorf Air Force Base, and GIS Project Manager at L-3 Communications EITS, managing complex GIS projects with teams of up to 25 technicians. Lee's extensive experience in GIS began in various technician roles, where essential skills in data processing and map creation were developed, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Geography from New Mexico State University.
