Kate Whaley is an experienced professional in the field of recreation management, currently serving as the Recreation Facility Operations Manager and previously as the Administrative Support Coordinator for the City of Wentzville since December 2020. Prior roles include Recreation Manager for the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri from May 2008 to September 2020, and Recreation Specialist at the City of Fenton in 2013. Additionally, Kate worked as a Senior Recreation Leader for the City of Warrensburg, MO from September 2004 to May 2008. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Central Missouri, completed between 2004 and 2008, and also attended St. Louis Community College from 2003 to 2004.
