Kurt Overmeyer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in economic development and leadership across various municipalities. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of PanelTekADU since January 2022, Kurt focuses on innovative home kits utilizing panel technology. Previously, roles included Economic Development Manager and Director at the City of Seaside and City of Watsonville, where significant achievements included attracting major facilities, establishing business retention programs, and driving initiatives that reduced industrial vacancy rates dramatically. Kurt also managed impactful economic development strategies in Pacific Grove and West Sacramento, alongside notable contributions in regional planning with the San Joaquin Council of Governments. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Anthropology from Indiana University Bloomington.
