Felicia Taylor has over two decades of experience in various roles within human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Human Resource Specialist at the City of Waco, TX since June 2009, Felicia has held multiple positions, including Human Resources Recruiter, Business Manager, Sr. Administrative Assistant, and Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes serving as Project Development Manager at the Waco Public Housing Authority from September 1999 to July 2005. Felicia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University, obtained between 2019 and 2020, and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from McLennan Community College, completed in 2016.
