Dori Helm is the Assistant Director of Communications & Marketing at the City of Waco, TX since August 2002. Prior to this, Dori worked as the Community Relations Manager at The Salvation Army from October 2001 to August 2002. Dori holds a degree in Communications Specialist with minors in Public Relations, Organizational Communication, and General from Baylor University. At The Salvation Army, Dori was responsible for implementing fundraising, marketing, and design efforts locally, supporting a capital campaign, and coordinating volunteers.
