James Clinch, P.E. possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in stormwater management and land development. Currently serving as the Assistant City Manager and Stormwater Engineer for the City of Venice, Florida since January 2012, James has previously held engineering roles at DMK Associates, BP Barber, and the Florida Department of Transportation. Responsibilities have included project design and permitting, construction observation, and quality assurance for geotechnical materials. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
