Nicholas Danford is an experienced planning professional currently serving as a Rezoning Planner for the City of Vancouver since January 2019. Prior roles include Planner 2 and Planner 1 for the Corporation of Delta, and Planning Analyst for the City of Port Coquitlam. Nicholas began the professional journey as a Planning and Communications Technician at the City of Port Coquitlam and has also held positions as a Consultant at Context Research, Project Administrator for the Department of Foreign Affairs, and Research Associate at Queen's University IRC. Earlier experience includes Project Coordinator and Customer Service Representative for the Industry Training Authority. Nicholas holds a Master's of Urban and Regional Planning from Queen's University, a Project Management Certificate from the British Columbia Project Management School of Excellence, and a Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Queensland, specializing in Marketing and International Business.
