Melissa Sciortino currently serves as City Clerk at Utica City Hall since January 2020, providing essential administrative support to judges, city council members, commissioners, advisory boards, and the budget director. Previously, Melissa served as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Utica from February 2015, alongside working as Secretary to Corporation Counsel, where complex administrative responsibilities were managed. Prior experience includes owning Melissa's Brow & Beauty Bar from April 2013 to February 2018, serving as Audit Service Coordinator at The Hartford, and holding the position of Senior Client Service Associate/Operations Associate at Morgan Stanley from 1998 to 2009. Education was completed at Thomas R. Proctor from 1994 to 1996.
