Katy Rees has extensive experience in public service and administration, currently serving as a Performance Analyst and previously as an Administrative Assistant at the City of Upper Arlington since July 2015. Prior to this role, Katy Rees worked at the Franklin County Department of Job & Family Services from May 2009 to July 2015 as a Policy Compliance Manager and Public Information Officer/Assistant to the Director. Earlier experience includes serving as a Judicial Secretary at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas and as a Felony Arraignment Clerk at the Franklin County Clerk of Courts. Katy Rees holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Master's degree in Business Management from Ohio Dominican University.
