James Hayden has worked in various roles in the food service industry. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Head Chef at Station 43 tavern. In 2015, they became the Director of Dining Services at Atrium at Anna Maria, and later that year, they moved to Vista Springs Macedonia as the Culinary Services Director. In 2016, they joined Maplewood Twinsburg Senior Living as the Culinary Services Director. From 2017, they worked at the City of Twinsburg, first as a Restaurant and Banquet Facility Consultant and then as the Director of Restaurant Operations at Glen Eagles Golf Club and Events.
James Hayden completed a 3-year chef apprenticeship program under Swiss chef Stefan Rieger from 1989 to 1993. James received a Culinary certificate of completion in Culinary Arts/Chef Training upon completion of the program. Prior to that, James attended R.B. Chamberlin High School, although specific years of attendance and field of study were not provided. Additionally, they obtained a Servsafe certification from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) in May 2012.
