Kenneth M Douglas, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Fire and Emergency Services for the City of Trenton, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kenneth held the title of Fire Director and Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Orange Township from January 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team of 79 firefighters and overseeing a $7 million budget, implementing recruitment campaigns, and driving community engagement. Kenneth's earlier experience includes several positions with the City of Newark, with roles ranging from Investigator and Executive Officer to Professional Fire Fighter, and contributions to emergency management and community relations. Kenneth holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Marketing and an MPA in Leadership and Performance Management from Rutgers University-Newark, as well as certifications from Seton Hall University and Dillard University.
