Shelley Duchlinski, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Thornton since 2007. Prior to this role, Shelley worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. from 1991 to 2007 in various human resources positions. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Human Resources from Metropolitan State University of Denver, earned between 1987 and 1991.
