Julie Scarborough has over 30 years of experience in accounting and office systems, currently serving as the Accounting Systems Manager for the City of Sumter since October 2005. Previous roles include Accounting & Information Systems Specialist, Accounting Clerk/Accounts Payable, and Administrative Assistant at the City of Sumter. Prior to this, Julie held positions at Jones Plumbing Company in various accounting capacities (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll) and worked as an Accounting Clerk/Payroll at ECB Construction Company. Julie began the career at Montgomery County Children Services as an Accounting Specialist. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Office Systems Technology, a Diploma in Automated Office, and a Certificate in Information Processing, all obtained from Central Carolina Technical College.
