Robert Liddicoat has a diverse work experience. Robert worked as a Deputy Director of Community Development for the City of Stockton, CA, where they oversaw budget and accounting management, process improvement efforts, and the administration of the Cannabis Lottery Program. Robert also served as a Program Manager III for the same department, planning and executing notable projects such as establishing online payment capabilities and transitioning to electronic plan check. Prior to this, Robert was a Project Management Supervisor for Gas Transmission Systems, Inc., specializing in pipeline safety and managing Research & Development projects. Robert also worked as a Development Consultant for the City of Pittsburg, assisting in the completion of a mixed-use project. In addition, Robert held positions as a Director at DMC Green Inc., a Consultant at nkf Consulting, a Political Consultant / Campaign Manager, an Assistant Project Manager at Pinn Bros. Fine Homes, and an ESL Instructor in South Korea.

Robert Liddicoat obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA, where they studied from 2001 to 2003.
