Andy Samuel is a seasoned multimedia communications professional with a robust background in video production and communication strategy. Currently serving as a Multimedia Communications Specialist for the City of Stafford, TX since February 2023, Andy previously held the position of Director of Communications at Hope Evangelical Covenant Church in Grand Forks, ND, from September 2020 to January 2023. Andy's experience includes working as a Video Production Assistant for UND Insider, where responsibilities encompassed live event filming, video editing, and producing content for student athlete profiles. A significant internship with NASA involved creating and editing video content for social media, including contributions to the award-nominated ā€œOne Small Stepā€ video series. Andy holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies and Sociology from the University of North Dakota, earned in 2020.
