Rita Ketchem has extensive experience in administrative roles, currently serving as the Executive Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at the City of St. Joseph Police Department since October 1995, where responsibilities include budget management. Prior to this position, Rita worked as an Executive Secretary for the Finance Director at the City of St. Joseph from August 1991 to October 1995, and was an Account Clerk at St. Joseph State Hospital from May 1985 to June 1991, managing a budget for the Sheltered Workshop. Rita's educational background includes attendance at Missouri Western State College in 1985 and graduation from Chillicothe High School between 1975 and 1978.
