David Williams is an experienced aviation technician with a robust background in aircraft maintenance and operations. Currently serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the Air Force National Guard since September 2017, David specializes in inspecting, repairing, and troubleshooting C-130 aircraft engines. Concurrently, as an Airport Maintenance Specialist for the City of St. Joseph since January 2020, David oversees daily airport inspections and maintains grounds at Rosecrans Memorial Airport. Prior experience includes roles as a Flight Engineer in the Missouri Air National Guard, where David conducted pre- and post-flight inspections and managed in-flight troubleshooting, and as an Aviation Propulsion Technician in the U.S. Air Force, performing complete overhauls on F-15 aircraft engines. David holds an Associate’s degree in Aviation Operations from the Community College of the Air Force and has studied Flight Operations Management at the University of Central Missouri.
