Holly Magdziarz is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Assistant City Attorney for the City of St. Charles, MO, since March 2023. Previously, Holly held the position of Senior Attorney at ChangeLab Solutions from March 2022 to March 2023 and worked as an Associate County Counselor for St. Charles County Government from September 2013 to March 2022. Holly's experience also includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Sidney R. Thomas at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and interning with the U.S. Department of Justice and Sidley Austin LLP. Holly's legal foundation was established at Stanford Law School where a Juris Doctor was earned, following a Bachelor of Science in Linguistics from Truman State University. Additionally, Holly contributed to the Peace Corps as a TEFL Teacher Trainer, leading educational initiatives in Nicaragua.
