Rene Matz, RN, currently serves as a Clinical Enablement Specialist for the Southeast US at DermaSensor, Inc., a health technology company dedicated to developing innovative skin cancer detection tools for primary care providers. Prior experience includes roles as a Regenerative Surgical Specialist and Regenerative Therapy Specialist at Kerecis, and Vice President of Business Development for Rare Disease at ThinkGenetic, which focuses on improving the diagnostic journey for patients with genetic conditions. Previous positions feature significant responsibilities at Takeda as an Executive Sales Specialist in the Neuroscience division, alongside various sales and account management roles at MiMedx, Convatec, Nuo Therapeutics, Spiracur, LifeCell, and Acelity. Rene Matz holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science and Government from Florida International University and the University of Florida, respectively.
