Francine Pitcher CPA, CGA is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Controller for Accounting and Revenue Services at the City of Spruce Grove since February 2023, Francine has held multiple corporate controller positions at various companies including Excel Projects Ltd, Precise Crossings Ltd, and Proline Power Corp. from April 2022 to February 2023. Prior roles include Manager of Finance - Operating at Parkland County, where responsibilities included overseeing operating programs and staff management, and Manager of Budget and Financial Reporting focused on budget oversight and financial reporting. Francine’s earlier experience includes serving as Lead of Budget Services at the City of Leduc, where contributions led to receipt of the GFOA International Distinguished Budget Presentation Award, and as an Accounting Technician at Parkland County. Francine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from Athabasca University and a Business Administration diploma from NAIT, along with CPA and CGA designations.
