Andrew Flippin, P.E. has over 15 years of engineering experience, currently serving as Principal Engineer for the City of Springfield, Missouri since August 2011, and previously held the positions of Professional Engineer and Engineer in Training. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as an Engineer in Training for Stone County Planning & Zoning from August 2010 to July 2011, and as a Project Engineer at Great River Engineering from December 2006 to December 2009. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where studies were completed between 2003 and 2006, and also attended Missouri State University from 2000 to 2003.
