Nichole Dusché currently serves as a City Court Judge for the City of Brentwood, Tennessee, and a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, both positions held since 2024 and 2022 respectively. Previously, Nichole Dusché operated as an attorney at the Law Office of Nichole Dusché since 2017 and was part of the firm Dusche & Delk from 2018 to 2022. Nichole Dusché's extensive legal experience includes roles as an Assistant District Attorney and Domestic Violence Coordinator at the 21st Judicial District from 2011 to 2017, and as a Victim Witness Coordinator with the Office of the District Attorney General in Nashville from 2005 to 2011. Nichole Dusché earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Nashville School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development and Sociology from Vanderbilt University.
