Kiam Jones currently serves as the Recreation Superintendent and Facility Manager for the City of Southfield since August 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Athletics Facility and Event Coordinator at Oakland University from July 2022 to August 2023, and Program Supervisor for the City of Decatur from October 2021 to July 2022. Kiam also held the position of Recreation Program Coordinator I with Cobb County Government from December 2019 to October 2021, and served as Athletic Coordinator for the City of Douglasville Parks and Recreation from March 2017 to November 2019. Earlier in the career journey, Kiam was a Facilities and Event Operations Graduate Assistant at Central Michigan University from August 2015 to November 2016. Kiam holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, both from Central Michigan University.
