Charles Hicks has held various leadership positions in the IT and public sectors, including Director II of Enterprise IT Operations & User Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Charles has experience as a Councilman in Southfield and has served on the Board of Trustees for Southfield Public Schools. Hicks also has a background in purchasing and project management. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Business Information Technology from Walsh College.
