Angela J. Ivey has extensive experience in public service and community engagement, currently serving as City Clerk for the City of Solana Beach since April 2003. In this role, Angela manages legislation administration, municipal elections, and compliance with California codes and regulations, while also serving as custodian of records and FPPC filing official. Prior to this position, Angela worked as a Registered Investment Specialist at Charles Schwab from February 1999 to April 2003, and held various roles at Child Advocates, Inc. from 1993 to 1998, including Recruitment and Volunteer Training Coordinator. Angela's career began at Houston City Personnel from 1986 to 1993, where responsibilities included employment recruiting and career coaching. Angela is an alumna of St. Agnes Academy.
