Nicole Shelby, MHSA, currently serves as a Business Service Representative for the City of Shreveport since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole was a Program Coordinator for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Willis-Knighton Health System from March 2021 to December 2022. Other notable positions include Chief Purchasing Clerk at Caddo Parish School Board from July 2019 to February 2021, Registrar at Centenary College of Louisiana from September 2015 to September 2018, and Assistant Registrar at Bossier Parish Community College from August 2001 to November 2009. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from LSU Shreveport.
