Henry Reliford has served as a Research Assistant for the City of Shreveport since July 2021, following a role as a Maintenance Technician at the City of Shreveport Water & Sewage from May 2018 to July 2021. A graduate of Grambling State University, Henry Reliford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Liberal Arts between 2001 and 2004.
