Jennifer Coe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Shaker Heights since July 2021, Jennifer previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Cleveland Heights from April 2015 to June 2021. Additional experience includes roles at the Ohio Department of Education as Administrative Professional 4, the Ohio Department of Development as Program Coordinator, and the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services as Executive Secretary. Jennifer began their career as a Sales Admin at Bowne from June 2001 to September 2005. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Broadcasting from Otterbein University, completed in 2000.
